The parcels of Land vary from a few M2 upwards, roadways, associated highways.
This depends upon the Land itself. We suggest seeking professional advice from a Solicitor or Surveyor before buying a parcel of land.
You will need a Solicitor for the transaction whom will register the land for you.
This is a common misconception, Land is often adopted by the Local Authority and maintained by them, whilst being owned by someone else.
