Any development or change of use for land will usually require planning permission from the local authority. Buyers are advised to consult with a solicitor or surveyor to understand any restrictions or opportunities before purchase.
You will need a Solicitor for the transaction whom will register the land for you.
Any amendments to the title such as a consent, variation, or deed of release can be submitted to and registered with HM Land Registry, subject to their requirements.
